How do I access these updates?
Why is the latest app not supported on my device's operating system?
The app update is only supported on iOS versions 17 or newer (coming soon!) or Android versions 11 or newer. If you have a device with an unsupported OS, please update the OS. Alternatively, you can access IMDbPro features on the mobile website at www.imdbpro.com.
I updated to the newest app version but I want to go back to a previous version. Is this possible?
Reverting to a previous app version is not possible, as we are removing support for older versions of the app for quality and security reasons.
What happened to the "For You" tab on the Home page?
We replaced the "For You" tab with a widget that persists on the top of the Home page. This change was made to provide easier access to your page and actions previously found on the tab. This widget links you to the Claim Page option, if you have not yet claimed your IMDbPro page, or to your IMDbPro page if you have claimed your page. For direct links to Name page actions previously found on the "For You" tab, tap the more actions menu in the widget.
What other pages are you planning to update in the future?
We are actively working on updates throughout the app to provide the best experience for our customers. We will improving core pages, such as Search, Title, and Company pages, and will include these improvements in future app updates.
